Plot

Fight club is based on a unnamed narrator who struggles with insomnia. He gets advice from his doctor to go visit support therapy groups for testicular cancer where he finds that sharing his issues helps him sleep and gets him introduced to Marla singer.
 

Later he meets Tyler Durden which is the complete opposite of the narrator and they bond. 

Later they establish an underground fighting ring in complete secret to the general public called: “Fight club” 

Later the club turns into a cult rather than a club where they plan attacks on what they think is the problem with society: consumerism in which the narrator and Tyler begin to disagree. 


Summary

Fight club is a novel written in 1996 by Chuck Palahniuk. Where it talks about an unnamed insomniac with help from his doctor gets him in therapy support groups and where he meets Tyler where they together start a underground fighting ring.
